Liability for content

The contents of our pages are made with the utmost care. We do not accept any liability, of any kind, for the correctness, completeness and current status of these contents. As service providers we are, in accordance with section 7(1) TMG, responsible for personal content on these sites, according to the general laws. According to paragraphs 8 – 10 TMG, we are, however, not responsible for the supervision of foreign transferred, or saved information, or to investigate possibly unlawful activity. Obligations for the removal or blockage of the use of information according to the general laws remains untouched from this. Any liability in this respect is, however, only possible from the moment of actual notice of a specific infringement. Liability for links

Our offer includes links to external sites of third parties, over whose content we have no influence. Therefore we cannot assume any liability for this external content. The respective provider or operator of the site is always responsible for the content of the linked site. The linked sites were checked for possible legal violations at the time they were linked. Illegal content of these sites was not to our knowledge when we submitted the link. Constant checking of the contents of the linked sites, however, without concrete evidence of a violation of the law, is not reasonable. The use of our website is usually possible without specifying personal information. Our websites include plugins of the social network facebook, 1601 south California Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA. You recognize the facebook-plugins on the facebook-logo or the ‘like-button’ on our site. You will find an overview of the facebook-plugins here: http://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/. If you visit our sites, the plugin directly connects your browser with the facebook-server. Facebook gets the information that you have visited our site with your IP-address. If you press the facebook ‘like-button’, while you are logged on to the facebook account, you can link the contents of our sites with your facebook profile. In this way facebook can allocate the visit to our sites to your user account. Please note, that we as provider of these sites, get no information about the content of the transmitted data and their use. Data protection policy for the use of Google Analytics
